Dr Dilip Patel was very courteous and concerned over my injury. He explained clearly and in detail how to treat the wound and prescribed the appropriate antibiotics and dressing for ongoing care.

This evaluation was 3 minutes long and he didn’t read my history or why I asked for an appointment. I got the imaging I wanted because I asked him for it but he was ready to ONLY give me medicine even though I have not been evaluated since I had COVID on January 2021.

I was very pleased with Dr D Patel's quick response
following my visit to the surgery for a ECG on Tuesday
18/5.
Dr Patel listened to my description of the symptoms
and was very understanding.
Dr Patel then recommended putting a 24hr heart
monitor in place which he is arranging for me.
All in all an excellent service given the very difficult
times we are in.

Dr. Patel is very considerate, very good listening skills, listen and ask more questions if answers are not clear and get to the bottom of problems. He has always suggest correct diagnosis.
