It takes up to 2hours on the phone with no assurance you can get an appointment..... I have to work during times for booking appointments..

I have been a patient here for many years but in the last year you can never get an appointment , you have the receptionists deciding if you can see a doctor. If you take up an emergency appointment because you just can't get another routine appointment , the doctor is rude and dismissive . If you have several problems to discuss you are asked to choose the most important ! Which doesn't make sense as often other problems are related. I have been waiting 5 months for a referral to hospital but have been told I must chase it up myself .Doctors change prescriptions over the phone and not offering to see you . Totally disappointed !!
