It is not always easy to get an appointment. The online platform is good to use, but no communication to that effect. Patients cannot access online appointments on the app. It makes no sense to have the functionality but no listed appointments. To provide full complimentary services, there should be opportunity to book emergency appointments via phone and give patients availability for online appointments as well. It is not complicated. And will reduce the admin burden for the receptionists. Thank you.

Great surgery. The staff and doctors go out of their way to help you. It is easy to get an appointment if an emergency you phone at 7am or non urgent book online. The reception staff will happily help you if you have any problem. All the doctors are caring and knowledgeable and a pleasure to see.

Nothing I am 100% happy with the practice.
