Dr Masud has been working with my daughter since early 2024 - she is struggling with OCD and was not tolerating her existing medication or therapy. Dr Masud has taken a lot of time to understand my daughter and the impact of her condition on her and those close to her and is carefully adjusting both her medication and therapeutic approach in response. Dr Masud has been very thoughtful but straightforward when required. My daughter is in a better place now and looking forward to the next step on her journey. I would and have recommended Dr Masud to others seeking help with mental health conditions.

I recently relocated from the US to London on a work assignment and reached out to Dr. Masud to assist in treating my ADHD symptoms. Dr. Masud has provided exceptional care and taken the time to educate me on my options regarding treatment. He is one of the most patient and caring doctors that I have met and takes the time to explain the various resources that are available to his patients. I have seen first hand the results of his expertise and would recommend him to anyone seeking mental health treatment.

We came to Dr Masud as my husband was in a terrible
state and we had lost confidence in our previous psychiatrist to manage his medication. Dr Masud was calm and reassuring but also frank and straight to the point which we greatly appreciated. He was clear in his explanations, his approach and proposed treatment plan were explained at length and in detail, and we had a complete overview of what needed to be done. We came out feeling totally taken care of and my husband is back to his old self. His warm, friendly, and approachable manner was refreshing and meant a lot to my husband at a vulnerable time.

We have been looked after by Dr. Masud since November 2024. In this time he has showed tremendous kindness, patience, encouragement and support. Dr. Masud has diagnosed our daughter with ADHD and is helping us navigate and adjust to living with a child who has this condition. Dr. Masud has imparted his knowledge and experience with great delicacy and tailored his approach to meet our daughters needs. The progress our daughter has made is incredible and after a very difficult time we are now excited and looking forward to her future. This has all been possible because of Dr. Masud's diligence and professionalism. We look forward to working with him for the foreseeable future and thank him for all he has done for our family.

As explained, my daughter could not be treated as is registered in Cardiff but Dr spent time explaining everything and what service could be offered in Cardiff or if re registered in Benfleet. So grateful for the time spent to to us both. Thank you very much. My family are to discuss things that need to be looked at going forward for daughter and where is safer for her.
