Would benefit from overhaul of billing and accounts procedures.....and focus more on how to put patients first and protect vulnerable young people: make patients and families more at the centre of what they do.
Example: sent threatening letter to vulnerable young adult who had historic care as a minor, threatening legal action over historic alleged unpaid bills.
Did not communicate with parents (bill payers).
The complaints resolution process could benefit from improvement: Marco, the director, will benefit from coaching in order to understand how to apologise for his organisation's actions, rather than the fake apology 'for your frustration and irritation'.

This clinic is excellent because several doctors can are available to help simultaneously in the treatment of a patient if needed.

I had the greatest care at the Schoen clinic. The adult anxiety programme was brilliant and helped me immeasurably understand my thinking, which was key to my recovery.
The kindness and expertise given was extraordinary, which I appreciated a enormously and it really aided my progress. I would highly recommend all the therapists.

We had a terrible experience with this clinic. The consultant conveniently wasn’t there for the appointment and no one seemed to care to drop me an email or to call me to let me know. my son had to miss lessons for the appointment. Until we were half way there in a taxi, they eventually sent me an email to notify me.
This is unprofessional and inconsiderate for an organisation who is supposed to help with mental health, absolutely appalling.

The staff are clearly incredibly knowledgeable in their field and took great care to provide the best treatment for each individual patient as possible. They were professional but, most importantly, also warm and welcoming: the intensive support I received during the CYP eating disorder programme was extremely beneficial in paving my road to recovery.

My experience was positive in every way. I didn’t want to see a psychiatrist and I was quite withdrawn. I didn’t like the first couple of medications I was prescribed. I was shown patience and given time and after a couple of try’s I found the medication that worked for me. I didn’t want to talk to a physiologist but the woman I saw at Schoenberg was professional but warm and the experience has changed my life for the better.

I'm not a person to write reviews but I had to regarding my experience regarding a medication review consultation with the above clinic. As a person already having a ADHD diagnosis with the NHS ADHD 25 + Team and being unhappy with their service regarding my care and medication I decided to go private. I am so happy I did. This clinic provided me with excellent client service and referred me to a epic psychiatrist in the ADHD field. Doctor Arora. He put me at ease immediately and conversed with me in layman terms. He just understood my concerns and where I was coming from straight away. He listened but also had empathy which is a gift not many Doctors have unfortunately. As a diagnosed ADHD person as a member in many ADHD Facebook support groups, I have already highly recommended both his expertise and the Clinic for their excellent customer service. It is truly worth going private for ADHD diagnosis the service I received is worth every penny. Thank you so much again Doctor Arora and Schoen Clinic for your epic service!!!

I have received mental health treatment at several establishments over the course of eight years. I found Schoen Clinic Chelsea to be the most professionally run and well coordinated of all these.
The staff were all very kind and sensitive, and they worked together well as a team.
I attended an intensive day patient programme for several weeks at Schoen Chelsea and then unexpectedly (due to the CoVid-19 lockdown), all onsite programmes had to cease. For the remaining weeks of my treatment, Schoen Chelsea ran the programme online with Zoom sessions and I found this to work very well too.
Congratulations to the excellent team at Schoen Chelsea!

The staff in the cleanly clinic was very helpful and attentive in helping me get better.
