Dr Jones is a great listener. He is happy to learn about your lifestyle to better help cater individual treatment. This is what impresses me the most. His knowledge of his field is second to none, which gives me great reassurance. There is a lot of emerging research to how tweaks to diet can positively influence the kidney disease, I do wish Dr Jones, and the NHS is general would be proactive and seek information on this, instead of waiting 10 years before they are taught it at a seminar.

Suffering from a chronic condition it is very important to me that I can trust and rely on the doctor who provides me with feedback and support each quarter. Dr Jones is a true expert in his field and takes the time to ensure that I am fully aware of changes to my condition and also the treatment options available. He has also been very helpful in terms of arranging for me to do tests at my local GP, and also the delivery of my medications. He has also been very flexible in terms of setting dates for our quarterly appointments which is a massive help.

Dr Jones takes time to listen, and also carefully explains any queries that I have about my condition and medication. I have seen him regularly for checkups and monitoring for a number of years (remotely by phone during covid) and he has always been very reliable and consistent. I feel very fortunate to be under his care. I don't have any suggestions about how to improve the care, it has been excellent.

Dr Jones has been managing my kidney condition for over 10 years. I fully trust his care and he is always incredibly responsive, often at short notice, when I suffer a relapse. He’s always very patient in answering my questions and helping develop plans to manage my condition. I very much appreciate his care and feel he goes above and beyond - for several years I have had to option to seek care privately through my work insurance policy, but I do not wish to take this up given I would lose access to Dr Jones.
