Dr Jones takes time to listen, and also carefully explains any queries that I have about my condition and medication. I have seen him regularly for checkups and monitoring for a number of years (remotely by phone during covid) and he has always been very reliable and consistent. I feel very fortunate to be under his care.
I don't have any suggestions about how to improve the care, it has been excellent.
