I used to live in London and used the same hospital all my life so it was quite daunting being admitted to Worthing hospital where I didn't know a familiar face or how the hospital operates. Dr Chris Marshall helped put my mind at ease and explained the procedure, anaesthetic etc in the best possible way which allowed me to relax and not stress about my operation whatsoever. His attention to patient care is brilliant, offering to contact my next of kin to let him know when I had gone into surgery and the check up visits while I was on the ward post surgery to ensure I understood what had happened, checking how I was feeling and the final assessment before being discharged.

Very friendly and efficient. Made me feel relaxed. Did have a problem inserting canula in back of hand but that is a recurring problem for me anyway. He quickly sorted it by using inside of elbow. No bruising afterwards either.
