Always welcoming and cheerful. Listens well, offering constructive advice and willing and able to explain things clearly. The surgery is always helpful in offering something, even if it involves a doctor ringing back, which happens reliably.

I have seen Dr Andrew Partner over the last few years regarding a number of conditions and I have always found that he listens to the problem and explains what is or will be happening.

I saw Dr Partner as an emergency appointment as I was suffering with continual earache. He was very thorough with his examination and gave a detailed explanation of what was causing my pain. He was friendly, professional and very informative when providing a diagnosis. Dr Partner is not my usual doctor however I will specifically request future appointments with him as he totally put me at ease and was very approachable and listened carefully to everything I was telling him. Great service and highly recommended, thank you.

I requested and was given a non-urgent appointment approx 7 days ahead. When I had to reschedule, I was given a new appointment without any fuss or undue delay. I visited Doctor Partner about a minor issue which he diagnosed, suggested three alternative courses and the reasons for each. I didn't feel there was any pressure to take a certain route. I was completely satisfied, feel like I have all the facts and was able to make a decision (not to have any treatment). I initiated a more general conversation about health checks, as I've reached an age where NHS regards me as an increased risk. Dr Partner again listened to my concerns, checked my records, made a recommendation and explained his reasoning. I feel I was treated as an adult, understand his rationale and accept his advice.
