Paul Rosen operated on my early cataracts (was only 47 years old) seven years ago. He has come into my mind recently as my sister chose to fly to Florida to have the same procedure. Her rational was that the ophthalmologist there did lens inplants every day and was "bound to be the best". The reality was that the pre and post op care wasn't better and the results weren't as good. Six years on, I am still marvelling at the miraculous results of the operation. On top of the good results, Paul Rosen was kind, informative, sensitive and professional. My brother, who is an intensive care doctor, will also have the procedure done by him rather than opting for either the US or an ophthalmologist more local to him.
