It took only a few moments of relaxed conversation with Dr. Birtle over a Video-link to put me at ease and make me aware that I am in the hands of person who is going to take my case very seriously. She guided me step-by-step through my medical history, highlighting any historical aspects that may have a bearing on my case, and explaining to me the reasoning involved. This preliminary consultation has given me great confidence in her judgement and I look forward to working through any treatment she may advise.

Due to the Coronavirus situation this had to be a video consultation. Dr Birtle was very professional and up-to date on my condition. She put me at ease and gave me all the information that I needed. We talked about all the possible treatments, she is arranging a call with other professionals in this field to discuss my condition and the best course of action. She finished with a summary of all that we had talked about and arranged a follow-up call.
