The person who contacted me about my nutritional needs was friendly, helpful and polite. She was very thorough discussing an example of my daily meals and what I could do to improve my intake of healthy foods so that I can increase my energy and protein levels. Her suggestions about adding protein shakes to increase my energy were particularly helpful.
