I have visited Sharon 4 times now at her clinic in lymington Hospital. The whole journey of coming to terms with ISC and learning to do it myself could have been difficult, but Sharon is such a good natured, patient, competent and sensitive person, one feels in a good safe pair of hands. At the end of every appointment I go out feeling a million times better!

Sharon Beale is an excellent nurse, highly skilled at doing suprapubic catheter changes.
She is also very good at taking one's mind off the procedure by chatting about all sorts of things.
I used to experience a lot of problems with the catheter however since Sharon took over everything has gone smoothly, for which I'm very grateful.

This lady was lovely, saw her after having hysterectomy at 20. Did some bladder scans after needing a catheter to check it was back to normal and she was much better with the ultrasound compared to nurses in hospital. Also mentioned my chronic migraines as I had one before my appointment and shared what works for her daughter and granddaughter. She was very professional and seems like a lovely person.

I work in the HAMPSHIRE area as a Urology Clinical Nurse Specialist
I have been working in Urology since 1987 and have previously been a ward manager on a busy urology ward in Southampton.
I joined Fittleworth Medical in 2005 as a Urology Clinical Nurse Specialist and have now transitioned to Hollister. I offer FREE support to the NHS and my nursing colleagues an have an honorary contract with Southampton Hospital
My role includes holding Urology Clinics in Southampton and Lymington Hospitals. I visit patients at home to teach them self-catheterisation, I perform complicated catheter changes and complete full and independent urology assessments; including bladder scanning.
I work closely with Urology Specialist Nurse Practitioners, Consultant Urological Surgeons, General Practitioners and District Nurses. I have extensive knowledge of all urology products available and I have the freedom to make an independent choice based on individual needs.
