Reva looked after me when I had a terrible laceration on my ankle that I didn't treat immediately - it was hard to heal because I didn't seek medical care sooner but Reva was innovation and even brought in my doctor for a second opinion. She never made me feel bad and dealt with my extreme anxiety reactions calmly and with the patience of an angel. She also conducted my first smear, made me comfortable as possible and her friendly demeanour made me feel really safe.
