Very reassuring and friendly nurse

Jocelyn is so personable and lovely to be around it makes you feel relaxed. She is the best at giving injections with the least discomfort. You feel like you have been treated like a person that matters and she keeps you fully informed of what she is doing and why and what you need to do next. A lovely caring, friendly, efficient nurse.

A great nurse who puts you at ease, very friendly and puts the needs of the patient first.

I saw Jocelyn today for a smear test. Not the nicest procedure in the world but she put me at ease and was her usual friendly self. She listened to me and explained things thoroughly and I wouldn't hesitate to see her again for any other problems.

I went in for a B12 injection. The nurse was very pleasant and friendly. She offered me some useful advice on an issue I asked her about (advising that I ought to see a doctor) and listened carefully to my concerns. I would be happy to see her again.
