Julie made me feel at ease from her very first phone call and her visits since have been most helpful and reassuring. She patiently talks me through areas of uncertainty and is most willing to help in any way She can.

She has followed up quickly on things showing that she is professional and trustworthy. I am very lucky and grateful to have had Julie's support at this time and I would recommend her 100%. She is a shining star in your team!
