Cant improve on perfection
Louise is a lovely, friendly nurse. Nice to talk to someone knowledgeable about my condition and a kind, helpful person.
Louise was very understanding re my stoma. Louise was easy to talk to and shared knowledge with regard to my stoma and care required. I felt at ease during my time at the clinic and would have no hesitation whatsoever in contacting Louise or any other staff member should the need arise.
I had a video call with Louise this morning. I didn't quite know what to expect. I was more than delighted with the experience. I've had my stoma for 15 months and was still using the original items recommended for me at the beginning. My stoma had changed over this time and I had developed a parastomal hernia which changed the shape of my tummy and leaking had become a bit of a problem for me. I received excellent advice from Louise. She looked at the stoma over the video and was able to advise me of different products available for me to try. I was given plenty of good advice and she listened and completely understood what I was saying and the problems I had been experiencing. I'm looking forward to trying out these new products. Louise has put my mind at ease not only with good advice but also letting me know if things are normal or not. I can't thank her enough.
Louise was completely sympathetic and most helpful with my case. She carefully explained an important improvement in the management of my stoma, and how and why I should increase a certain medication I use in connection with the stoma output. Overall, she was very kind and friendly, and she is a great asset to the NAMS team.
