The Psychiatry UK titration service does not work. I am neurodiverse and cannot conduct a meaningful therapeutic relationship through a messaging portal. The UK system of treating each psychological condition in isolation goes against the grain of holistic healthcare. Whilst I had no about against this nurse, the rule-bound system they were working in meant I was unable to build rapport, and did not trust them. This is of course crucial in mental health nursing.

Hannah has been super efficient, informative and clear. The whole tritation period with her has been made less overwhelming for me. All Questions and worries have been answerd within a short time. Thank You Hannah, for being patient and caring. I have received individualised care at all times.

Hannah was great in explaining everything regarding the next steps after the end of my titration and generally on hand through to answer my questions. Highly professional but also, more importantly- personable.
