The Psychiatry UK titration service does not work. I am neurodiverse and cannot conduct a meaningful therapeutic relationship through a messaging portal. The UK system of treating each psychological condition in isolation goes against the grain of holistic healthcare.
Whilst I had no about against this nurse, the rule-bound system they were working in meant I was unable to build rapport, and did not trust them. This is of course crucial in mental health nursing.
