Fiona contacted me via a telephone consultation regarding my health concerns. At no point did I feel hurried or that I felt she thought my worries/symptoms were insignificant. She actually listed to me! I ended the call feeling very positive with my planned future care and reassurance from her that if I had any concerns I could contact her directly on SystemOne . Fiona is a fantastic ANP and an asset to the surgery .

Fiona was easy to chat to and I felt comfortable with her, although I felt I could have had the appointment on the telephone. Knowing how hard it is for people to get face to face appointments, mine was to review medication that my hospital consultant had arranged for me, and I felt I had taken up her time unnecessarily. I presume it’s the surgery deciding whether it’s in person or on the telephone.

Fiona was incredibly kind and gentle with my elderly mother and treated her with compassion and understanding. She also was aware of my role as a carer and discussed potential future issues with knowledge and a view that was helpful and positive.
