Fiona contacted me via a telephone consultation regarding my health concerns. At no point did I feel hurried or that I felt she thought my worries/symptoms were insignificant. She actually listed to me!
I ended the call feeling very positive with my planned future care and reassurance from her that if I had any concerns I could contact her directly on SystemOne .
Fiona is a fantastic ANP and an asset to the surgery .
