Fiona was easy to chat to and I felt comfortable with her, although I felt I could have had the appointment on the telephone. Knowing how hard it is for people to get face to face appointments, mine was to review medication that my hospital consultant had arranged for me, and I felt I had taken up her time unnecessarily. I presume it’s the surgery deciding whether it’s in person or on the telephone.
