Dear Katherine, Thank you so much for your time yesterday. You came across as a very caring professional and also a lovely person. I have been to the Osteopath in Cricklade (only one taking appointments, albeit very strictly). I have also altered my working from home workstation set up to improve posture. Due to the current pandemic I had a telephone consultation with Dr Heil. She was very thorough, she listened and took everything i said into account. She was very polite and friendly to deal with to which put me at ease straight away.
