Jennie was extremely kind and helpful and really helped me to overcome my apprehension about using a catheter. She talked me through the process and then directed me whilst I did it myself and made sure i was completely comfortable with it before she left. Even afterwards she was happy to take my call if i had any concerns, but i didn't because she'd explained everything so well when she visited. I did update her a week after our meeting and she was pleased with my progress. What a lovely lady. A parcel arrived the next day with all of the things i needed, just as Jennie had said.

I have requested some different sized catheters but there is a slight wait in delivery, perhaps due to stock.

Nurse Jennie McKenzie talked me through the procedure with great care and professionalism. She is a very friendly, knowledgeable nurse who takes time to explain each facet of the ISC process. The practical side was carried out with dignity and sympathy. I left Warwick Hospital confident that I'd be much better able to manage my prostate situation after my visit. Her courtesy call a week later gave me the opportunity to discuss my progress with her and review my case.

Jennie did everything she could on the day, no worries. My only comment to her at the time concerned the appointment letter which was not specific enough, I was under the impression that I'd be talking about a TURPS op, following three months with a permanent catheter/flip-flow.

Jennie McKenzie the nurse I who looked after me at Warwick Hospital was very professional, treated me with care and compassion while at the same time was friendly and matter of fact she gave me confidence when I very much needed it. I would heartily recommend anyone to her care. Geoff Allen

My nurse was Jennie McKenzie at Warwick Hospital Urology Unit and she was extremely helpful with understandable explanations with regard to procedures, etc. Although it is a sensitive and private issue, at no time did I feel at all embarrassed or uncomfortable. I was very happy with the overall consultation.
