My nurse was Jennie McKenzie at Warwick Hospital Urology Unit and she was extremely helpful with understandable explanations with regard to procedures, etc. Although it is a sensitive and private issue, at no time did I feel at all embarrassed or uncomfortable.
I was very happy with the overall consultation.
