[name removed] from SALT was very helpful and gave a fantastic dysphagia training to a new staff team. Using examples and getting staff involved. He really got them to understand the importance of following SALT guidelines. He was a pleasure to have take the training.
[name removed] always extremely helpful with all. If its a phone call, email or referral. [name removed] always listens and responses with tips and takes action. She has helped us get support from the SALT team regarding communication and now the person is using the photo cards.
[name removed] is a pleasure to work with.
because of the help i received
[name removed] was very flexible with his approach and very good at explaining everything. I’ve learnt a lot of new things and how to do things differently.
I felt understood, listened and supported 100%.
My experience with [name removed] as a therapist has been great and I feel properly cared for and in good stead for sessions to come to an end.

I needed to see a psychiatrist following discharge from hospital when I was having trouble sleeping and only receiving 2-3 hours sleep a night. I was first told I could see a psychiatrist in 3 weeks, then 2 weeks later I was told it would be 8 weeks and then a week later my care co-ordinator told me " how long is a piece of string." I was given misleading instructions about driving, being told it was up to me if I inform the DVLS. After the next meeting with my care coordinator I was told I must informa the DVLA and I was forbidden to drive. In the end I have had to seek a private psychiatrist at considerable expense to myself, in order to improve.
