Prompt telephone response with cheerful and very helpful staff. The staff who respond to prescription request are understanding helpful and knowledgeable about products. It is always a pleasure to contact NAMS

I arrived quite anxious but was helped with advice and reassured about my issue - hernia - and came away relieved and much calmer. Thank you very much indeed.

I was having an issue with my stoma, The nurse made a suggestion to try, she is going to order me some different pouches also she will ring in 7 days to discuss further.

Louise made me comfortable as soon as as she arrived. She listen to me, making suitable positive and helpful advice as she examined me and made me feel comfortable about the way I was coping and dealing with my stoma. The appointment was not hurried and I had time to ask about any queries I had. Louise has encouraged me to feel much more assured about how to go forward with my situation.

Nothing. I was completely satisfied with the consultation and the outcomes. Louise was pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable.

When I speak to any of the NAMS a Perscription Service they are polite proffesional and have time for you it is a really good service I cannot praise them enough
