Karen was just wonderful. Saw me very quickly after I rang with a concern, I didn’t have to wait on arrival, was greeted at the door and left with a number of possible solutions to try. Karen was so lovely and warm throughout, listened to me and offered a number of practical solutions. Amazing service - THANK YOU!!
