Everything went smoothly and was done professionally. All the staff I encountered were friendly and welcoming. I spent most time with my nurse and she was very supportive.
The room was very clean and comfortable.

The caregivers were excellent and I would like to know apologise to the nurse who had problems with my cannula. I can only think that it was due to lack of fluid in the lead up to admission.

The entire hospital was very clean and tidy. There was no unpleasant smell in the hospital that I usually smelled in the other hospitals.

Compared to treatment elsewhere this was top draw. I couldn’t fault it . They just missed 1 request for a cup of coffee.

After I was given a room it took about 40 minutes until anybody came in to check and start the treatment which could have been done sooner. Not sure what the delay was
