After I was given a room it took about 40 minutes until anybody came in to check and start the treatment which could have been done sooner. Not sure what the delay was

The food took 2-3 hours to reach us and this was after multiple reminders that we had only had tea for since morning.

Ren, my nurse was super nice and efficient. I usually don’t do well with my canula but this was the smoothest ever
