The entire hospital was very clean and tidy. There was no unpleasant smell in the hospital that I usually smelled in the other hospitals.

Luggage service was delayed for few hours after the procedure. Upon discharge, it took approximately 2 hours of waiting to retrieve my medication from the pharmacy.

All medical staff I met in the hospital always wear a warm smile which made me feel safe and welcomed.
