Parking was not easy. We parked but I use a walker frame and had to navigate the steps. Inside the lift made all the difference.

Because I am Asthmatic.

I missed my regular daily medication which I did mention, maybe confirming this with the patients NHS records and issue there relevant tablets so they are not missed. Otherwise everything else was fine.

I gave all my details to receptionist ie doctors area , & problem was told to wait and after 3 hrs waiting was seen by a trained nurse who was very unsympathetic regarding any care and was told they could not treat me as I came under area being Wyre as my doctor is in poulton le fylde ,shame the receptionist did not tell me this information before waiting .I feel this was a break down in commucation .

The service was great from start to finish. My doctor was unable to give me an appointment for a suspected UTI. It was painful and I have blood in my urine. I wanted to get antibiotics to nip it in the bud before it got worse. GP advised I go to the walk in centre. I was treated professionally and seen relatively quickly. I was grateful for the service available.

I think the staff are doing a great job, no improvement needed there. The building could have been cleaner (toilets etc), but given the high demand for the service and the throughput of people in a deprived area of the country, I understand why it was in this state.

Unfortunately the staff couldn't do anymore. The work load is too much. Not enough staff to many patients. Under the circumstances they are still providing care for all at the consequence of a long wait.
