The service was great from start to finish. My doctor was unable to give me an appointment for a suspected UTI. It was painful and I have blood in my urine. I wanted to get antibiotics to nip it in the bud before it got worse. GP advised I go to the walk in centre. I was treated professionally and seen relatively quickly. I was grateful for the service available.
Suggested improvements
I think the staff are doing a great job, no improvement needed there.
The building could have been cleaner (toilets etc), but given the high demand for the service and the throughput of people in a deprived area of the country, I understand why it was in this state.
