I gave all my details to receptionist ie doctors area , & problem was told to wait and after 3 hrs waiting was seen by a trained nurse who was very unsympathetic regarding any care and was told they could not treat me as I came under area being Wyre as my doctor is in poulton le fylde ,shame the receptionist did not tell me this information before waiting .I feel this was a break down in commucation .
