I called in at the surgery today to cancel an appointment. I was met with a most helpful receptionist who assisted me to re book my appointment which avoided me cancelling another appointment which was linked. I must say this lady was extremely helpful and pleasant. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and from what I witnessed she behaved in a similar fashion to people who were in front of me. I would say "three cheers" for the receptionist on duty this afternoon. 14.07.2015

I have been a patient at several surgeries in the Bristol area but the care here has been the best. The surgery is spotless and the old exterior of the building makes it unique and welcoming. In my opinion the staff at this place are outstanding. Dr Buckley stands out as one of the finest GP's I have ever seen but all the staff seem to deliver co-ordinated care. The text reminder service is great. My only constructive feedback is in relation to booking appointments. I have found it difficult to book face to face appointments at the phone. However I have only just noticed that there is now an online booking system. If I register for that it may make things a lot easier. I also think the website could do with updating. There are better ones around. However the constructive feedback points are not major issues at all I do not want to take the emphasis away from the fact this is an outstanding surgery that gives amazing care. This includes evening appointments at a time when budgets for GP care is declining. Well done.

I have found it very difficult to get a face to face appointment with the Dr of my choice. The problem seems to be that one cannot make an appointment more than two weeks ahead, and the appointments fill up very quickly. I find the telephone conversations with the Dr very helpful and useful, but they're not always the appropriate way to communicate, and don't facilitate a clinical examination.

Dr Pal is probably one of the best GP's i have ever seen, she is kind, compastionate, friendly, and helpful.

stereo typical type doctors receptionist rude and objectionable made me feel very uncomfortable. wouldn't go anywhere near the place. this wasnt a one off as she gave my wife abuse about coming in to book an appointment and also quesioned her about why she wanted an appointment. People like this really shouldnt be allowed to interact with the public and be allowed to treat the public like this 18.12.14 1430
