I have been a patient at several surgeries in the Bristol area but the care here has been the best. The surgery is spotless and the old exterior of the building makes it unique and welcoming.
In my opinion the staff at this place are outstanding. Dr Buckley stands out as one of the finest GP's I have ever seen but all the staff seem to deliver co-ordinated care.
The text reminder service is great. My only constructive feedback is in relation to booking appointments. I have found it difficult to book face to face appointments at the phone. However I have only just noticed that there is now an online booking system. If I register for that it may make things a lot easier.
I also think the website could do with updating. There are better ones around.
However the constructive feedback points are not major issues at all I do not want to take the emphasis away from the fact this is an outstanding surgery that gives amazing care. This includes evening appointments at a time when budgets for GP care is declining. Well done.
