To get an appointment in this practice it is extremely hard, you have to ring them from 8:30am but if it's more them 10 ppl on the line, it's kick you out and you have to call again, if you get through most of the times appointments are not available for the day and they don't book you in next day, you have to ring again. I managed to book in on their app for an appointment at 11:20am today, I arrived at 11am, I was waiting till 11:40am, then I went to toilet (reception staff was not at the desk), I was away max 5 minutes. I was waiting till 12:30pm then asked the girl at the reception how long is the waiting time, then she informed me I was called already but because I didn't go, they cancelled my appointment and I have to book again. I tried to explain that I only went to the toilet and I'm waiting for a long time, she said she can book me in about 2-3weeks or I can try to call in the morning again. I don't have words how disappointed I am. I have small children and it's the same, if they are ill, they might get an appointment in 2 weeks time. It's making me angry how much NI I'm paying each year and I don't get any service back for it.

I am in agony with a frozen shoulder and was told the ONLY person who does those injections is now not back in the surgery until 7 Sept..... 1 month away! Asked if someone else can do them from another practice in the area and was told I would have to wait. The cleaning staff are ace, they keep the surgery spotless and cannot be faulted one bit! But when it comes to politeness and patient care, the reception/phone staff need a lot of training. I have been waiting twenty minutes for one appointment tonight and then 15 minutes for the next and not even an apology. TBH the surgery needs a new manager.

Usually when I phone with emergency for my 3 year olds same day appointment it's unavailable. And I'm normally waiting 7 people on the line. One of the receptionists is rude and predijus people like that should not work in care. I am now in gp here second week in a row as all they offer when baby is ill is nurse appointment. She just looks at physical overall look of the child no listening to the chest etc. I waited 20 minutes after my last appointment for her to go and get doctor to sign prescription she wrote mall practice I waited half hour min for an appointment I was on time for even early morning. I am considering coming in late. I am feeling deeply sorry about patients who have a serious condition and get neglected by this practice.

I Only have 1complaint..And that is you cannot get an appointment.. I have just returned from Trafford General walik in....This is the 2nd time I have had to do this.. Not acceptable.. You should be able to get an appointment at your own Doctors..
