I am in agony with a frozen shoulder and was told the ONLY person who does those injections is now not back in the surgery until 7 Sept..... 1 month away!
Asked if someone else can do them from another practice in the area and was told I would have to wait.
The cleaning staff are ace, they keep the surgery spotless and cannot be faulted one bit! But when it comes to politeness and patient care, the reception/phone staff need a lot of training.
I have been waiting twenty minutes for one appointment tonight and then 15 minutes for the next and not even an apology.
TBH the surgery needs a new manager.
