To get an appointment in this practice it is extremely hard, you have to ring them from 8:30am but if it's more them 10 ppl on the line, it's kick you out and you have to call again, if you get through most of the times appointments are not available for the day and they don't book you in next day, you have to ring again. I managed to book in on their app for an appointment at 11:20am today, I arrived at 11am, I was waiting till 11:40am, then I went to toilet (reception staff was not at the desk), I was away max 5 minutes. I was waiting till 12:30pm then asked the girl at the reception how long is the waiting time, then she informed me I was called already but because I didn't go, they cancelled my appointment and I have to book again. I tried to explain that I only went to the toilet and I'm waiting for a long time, she said she can book me in about 2-3weeks or I can try to call in the morning again. I don't have words how disappointed I am. I have small children and it's the same, if they are ill, they might get an appointment in 2 weeks time. It's making me angry how much NI I'm paying each year and I don't get any service back for it.
