I was very pleased with the helpful staff at the new surgery, they are patient and understanding of my mother's needs of appointment times.
The premises are clean and pleasant to wait for an appointment.

Phoned the surgery this morning at 835am and Dr Patel phoned me back at 840am !! I got appointment with him 1010am and I also booked at reception another appointment with Dr Patel in 2 wk time.

Having rung the surgery for an appointment I was given one the next day which I hadn't expected so I was very pleased. I saw Dr Patel who was very professional, helpful, thorough and easy to talk to - all the things you need your GP to be! Dr Patel asked me to book a further follow up appointment in two weeks' time which I did at reception on my way out without any trouble at all. This is the first time I have been to the surgery since they relocated and what an improvement it is - very modern premises - it feels like you're in the Priory!

The surgery has a lovely new premises and it is extremely clean and accessible. The reception staff are incredibly helpful and friendly - nothing is too much trouble. The doctors I have experience of are excellent and I feel confident being under their care.
