I had an CDG and needed a follow-up, this didn't happen. I have a lung illness and was meant to see a nurse re using my inhalers properly, this didn't happen.
It's impossible to speak to a doctor I know, I am always given a locum, I have no idea what they look like and vice versa. To me this surgery are taking advantage and jumping on the bandwagon of not seeing patients, I find this deplorable. I rarely see a doctor and if I need one in the future, I doubt this place will be consider helping me to see a doctor face to face. To them, phone appointments are a gift and a way of avoiding their duty.
Horrifically over subscribed so it is impossible to get any kind of appointment, emergency is easier than routine but both require many phone calls and hold tikes of at least 20 minutes, sometimes up to 45. Receptionists aren't particularly friendly but with the amount of calls they have I probably wouldn't be either.
I had to almost beg to see a doctor face to face. After two lots of antibiotics over a period of weeks and having finished the last lot a week ago I still had ear ache, to save bothering the doctors I asked my local chemist if he was allowed to look into my ear he said he most certainly would if he had the correct equipment and advised me to phone the doctors for an appointment. Which I did, after explaining I couldn't get an appointment but got a call from a doctor, I really did have to be firm and say I shouldn't be having ear ache which he agreed. He had to ask someone above him first before he gave me an appointment which he did in the end, and I duly went. When I went into his room he didn’t have his mask on and he quickly put it on, although my name came on the screen I don’t think he was ready for me he still wasn’t going to look in my ear but I said I need piece of mind anyway he went to get the instrument and apologized for being a long time he had a job to find it. So although he knew why I was going he hadn’t got it ready and had no intentions of using it, I’m pleased to say he did in the end after me keep asking. I feel that our surgery are using the virus as an excuse, I was up both Crawley and East Surrey recently and they were much more relaxed with patients abiding by the rules of course but just getting on with their jobs. This virus could be with us a long time, so I really hope I don’t have cause to ask for an appointment again. For me to visit the doctor is the last result after trying to sort it out myself. I am grateful that the doctor did see me in the end.
Always impossible to get an appointment unless you physically go to the surgery at 8.30 when it opens (which I can't), or by some miracle you get through in time on the phone. I ring at 8.30 but by the time my call is answered at 8.33 the daily emergency appointments are all gone.
Have simply been told if its bad go to the urgent treatment centre, this would be absolutely useless for anxiety treatment. Don't know what I'm supposed to do and feel totally uncared for.

I had the great displeasure of seeing Mohammad Maysoon who diagnosed me to be within. Perfect health. However the next morning I was in emergency with a severe infection and needed quite a bit of medical assistance.
