what is wrong with these people who are giving the receptionist and doctors such terrible revues , they just dont understand that its not the fault of the staff and doctor's that there are just to many people wanting appointments , why dont you try to be more polite to receptionist try smiling, i i have been patient with the croft medical centre since it opened and have never had a problem, waiting for an appointment is what you should expect , all the doctors and staff do a fantastic job they are very polite and do there very best, Fred cadden , happy Christmas

Doctors fantastic. Receptionists the most rude irritable unhelpful bunch I’ve ever met. Their attitude is appalling. They let the lovely doctors down. They are the window to your surgery - send them on some sort of a course or better still get rid and find more suitable people

This is an appalling gps practice. They are money grabbing unkind and unhelpfull.the receptionists should be working or living in a prison, they are plain evil....find somewhere else to go if you are really ill or unwell as they don't care about helping anyone and it could cost you your life. The only reason I am still going is because of the exceptional a and e department in my area....I even got sent a accusing and threatening letter from the practice because I went to a and e with sepsis if I had not I would be dead now!!!!.....

Receptionist are just awful, no empathy and extremely rude. They don't think about the impact their dry no and unhelpful lack of solutions are just soul crushing. I have recently had major surgery and have had to have several appointments in the space of 3 weeks, they have reduced me to tears several times. Awful and unkind. I don't look forward to ringing the surgery and really believe they need a good customer service crash class. Shame they don't realise that people are in pain and perhaps desperate for a helping hand!

I cannot believe how long it takes to make an appointment here. I phoned up to make appointment for my daughter and was told that would be another four weeks before I can get a routine appointment if not we need to call on the day. if you try calling on the day the line engaged constantly, what a waste of time. when I do get there I have to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes to I'm seen. last time it was half an hour before my appointment. Needless to say I am changing my doctors.
