I booked on line. No problems. Visited nurse today and she was brilliant kind and funny. Highly recommending this surgery lately.

Maybe make it a little easier to get an appointment at reception instead of having to phone in. Online booking excellent

-could not book an appointment online -Impossible to book a routine appointment (only in the same day appointments available if you lucky) -prescription for four weeks only - gp sent me text message and ask to book the appointment with her, But the receptionist said “no appointment available “

Because I found everyone helped me. The surgery was as clean as it could be with the building work, right down to providing dust collector machines in the waiting area. That is very considerate.

Maybe a smile from the reception lady would help worried patients.
