Forget getting an appointment. Forget getting to the bottom of your problem unless its very cut and dry. Unless you're walking in with something they can prod you with a stick with and tell you what it is you're never going to get an answer and frankly the staff simply don't seem to care. This is a rapid deterioration from before covid, that was 3 years ago, cop on. It does not matter what problem you have you would be incredibly lucky to get an in-person appointment. Tell me this, if you have a physical ailment with visible symptoms what good is it talking through a phone to somebody? I think they prefer the phone appointments so that they don't have to look you in the eye before they send you away having given you absolutely no thought. Since the virus outbreak this practice has no longer been the helpful service it used to be. Trying to get past reception is a nightmare on the telephone. So very matter of fact and abrupt. Can't or won't answer a simple question with servility. No longer wish to use them.
Sarah was great couldn't have been better. Anne on reception was the opposite. I was attacked by a swam of wasps.
Anne told me no help was available and to go to the A and E if I wanted.
I wasn't asked any symptoms or if I was allergic.
Sarah was the opposite and bent over backwards to help I can't thank her enough.
Everything.
Don't think you can always get the best of care.
