Forget getting an appointment. Forget getting to the bottom of your problem unless its very cut and dry. Unless you're walking in with something they can prod you with a stick with and tell you what it is you're never going to get an answer and frankly the staff simply don't seem to care. This is a rapid deterioration from before covid, that was 3 years ago, cop on. It does not matter what problem you have you would be incredibly lucky to get an in-person appointment. Tell me this, if you have a physical ailment with visible symptoms what good is it talking through a phone to somebody? I think they prefer the phone appointments so that they don't have to look you in the eye before they send you away having given you absolutely no thought.
