Since the virus outbreak this practice has no longer been the helpful service it used to be. Trying to get past reception is a nightmare on the telephone. So very matter of fact and abrupt. Can't or won't answer a simple question with servility. No longer wish to use them.
Suggested improvements
Be the friendly empathetic place you used to be. Treat patients with some respect rather than dismissing them for daring to bother them.
