I spoke to one of the receptionist, Tina. She spoke with such a happy and bubbly voice, you couldn't help but be happy back. Explained a doctor would ring me back and discuss the issue with me, was contacted later that morning and asked to attend. Such a simple easy process aided by wonderful staff.

Short of tea and biscuits when I arrived, no not really.

I have taken in a Ukranian family and both children have needed to see the Doctor. The receptionists have been lovely and both Doctors that we saw definitely made the effort to speak directly to the children, even though their English is not good. Mum was absolutely delighted with both consultations, and most importantly both children know they don't have to worry about seeing an English Doctor. I cannot thank you enough for taking such good care of these children.

I needed to see the doctor quite urgently due to a back injury. The staff were extremely helpful and called me back with an appointment the same morning to see Dr Barrett, who was excellent, very considerate, and discussed medicines and investigations applicable to my condition. I left feeling I had been properly involved and listened to and that a plan had been put place to resolve my problem.

June 6th 2022 Being a nervous patient, Mr Barratt made me feel at ease. He explained the procedure thoroughly, and asked if l wanted to ask any questions! His assistant Ruth was very friendly and calming. After the procedure they explained the after cate at home in great detail.

They couldn’t of done anything different to what they already have.
