Being a nervous patient, Mr Barratt made me feel at ease. He explained the procedure thoroughly, and asked if l wanted to ask any questions! His assistant Ruth was very friendly and calming.
After the procedure they explained the after cate at home in great detail.
Suggested improvements
They couldn’t of done anything different to what they already have.
