I wanted to leave a review to thank Bev for all of her help. I had been prescribed a medication that was out of stock at all pharmacies. Bev facilitated an alternative for me and provided me with the bar-code to identify a pharmacy that had it in stock.
A slight mishap when the new prescription was sent to the the original pharmacy who also did not have the alternative, not the pharmacy that I had requested, but again Bev was really helpful, ensured that she had solved the problem her end to enable the prescription to be released to the pharmacy that had the medication in stock. All of this was fairly stressful with a whole morning spent on the phone ringing pharmacies & the surgery. However, it would have been far more stressful if it had not been for Bev's help & assistance. Thank you!

Having to wait several time i a queue to speak to someone to sort out the above for more than 25 mins at a time when you have personally identified a pharmacy that has (the last box!) of your medication - before it goes out of stock is very stressful. A way to deal with these types of issues with efficiency (and less stress) would be hugely beneficial.

Routine vaccination- everything was like clockwork all the way from invitation through updating to reception, explanation and the jab. Flawless organisation.

I was directed by the receptionist on the phone to use doctor link and I was given an appointment that day. Upon arrival the girls at reception were happy and smiling and friendly. The waiting room was bright. The dark haired girl at reception talked me through ordering my prescription and was polite and cheerful. Something looks to have changed for the better. The atmosphere is lighter. The nurse was good. What a difference and we can hope things stay this way.

I would like to compliment the service I received today on behalf on my father. I have spoken to the surgery several times this week and he is having ongoing treatment. Today I felt he really needed to see a practitioner and the receptionist ( Melanie Williams) was very helpful. When I explained my concerns she managed to get my father a face to face appointment. She even rang me back to say she had managed to organise this.
We saw Dr Olowonya who was very thorough and gave us a detailed treatment plan to go forward. I was impressed with his care and advice.
We haven’t always had a good experience with the medical practice mainly in trying to get appointments and issues with prescriptions although once we have seen a doctor we have been happy with the care that has been given. However I cannot fault the service we were given today and I hope this means things are improving.

To answer calls sooner. I was on hold for 25 minutes..

Good Morning,
I have just called the Partnership and found the experience very fruitful.
Having spoken with a Receptionist Megan (with an American or Canadian accent) I was very impressed with her professionalism, efficiency and empathetic nature.
She was cool calm and confident, and would like it to be known, that she is a credit to the practice.
Also Thank you for Paula Oakley for her speedy request to me for this opourtunity to respond officially.
