I would like to compliment the service I received today on behalf on my father. I have spoken to the surgery several times this week and he is having ongoing treatment. Today I felt he really needed to see a practitioner and the receptionist ( Melanie Williams) was very helpful. When I explained my concerns she managed to get my father a face to face appointment. She even rang me back to say she had managed to organise this. We saw Dr Olowonya who was very thorough and gave us a detailed treatment plan to go forward. I was impressed with his care and advice. We haven’t always had a good experience with the medical practice mainly in trying to get appointments and issues with prescriptions although once we have seen a doctor we have been happy with the care that has been given. However I cannot fault the service we were given today and I hope this means things are improving.
